Refund policy

For in store purchases, you may return most new, unopened items within 14 days for a full refund. Our apologies, but collectible items (all Magic, Yu-Gi-Oh, Pokemon, & Comics products) are non-returnable.  Used video games carry a 7 day exchange guarantee.  New video game consoles and accessories are non-returnable - should there be any problem with them please contact the manufacturer for their warranty service.

For online purchases, you may return the items to the store where you picked up your order according to the terms above.

Any orders placed online prior to customer pickup are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
